LOMA Grievance Policy: All grievances should be in writing and specify the nature of the grievance and sent by email to the LOMA Executive Director who will share them with the LOMA Program Committee. Responses will be made within 30 days of receipt. If a satisfactory response is not received, the participant may then notify the Council on Continuing Medical Education, AOA, 142 E.
